Donate – Help Us Share the Warmth

Every day, thousands of people — in the UK and around the world — feel the comfort of something lovingly hand-knitted by one of our supporters. A soft blanket. A warm hat. A baby’s cardigan.
But getting these gifts of love to where they’re needed most takes more than needles and wool. It takes your help.

 Why Your Donation Matters

Knit for Peace brings warmth, comfort and community to people in need.
Your donation helps us to:

  • Distribute hand-knitted items to refugees, hospitals, women’s refuges, homeless shelters, and families in crisis.

  • Support older knitters — giving them purpose, companionship and connection through knitting for others.

  • Cover postage and storage so we can keep sending thousands of knitted gifts every year.

What Your Donation Funds

£20 will help pay for the delivery of a sack of baby hats and mittens to a neonatal unit in the UK

£40 will help pay for the shipping of a box of warm blankets to an old age home in Ukraine

£100 will help pay for a case of cardboard boxes for a month for us to send out the knitwear
