Knitting Therapy donation

from £10.00

For women traumatised by violence, knitting helps their recovery. Women fleeing war or civil unrest, stuck in makeshift camps; trafficked women finding asylum but far from home; victims of domestic violence forced to seek shelter in a women’s refuge, all carry their memories with them. Evidence based research shows knitting helps them, making them feel useful as they knit for themselves and others. Provide the yarn and needles.

This item is eligible for gift Aid, please fill in the form and email it to us knitforpeace@charitiesadvisorytrust.org.uk
